Site Induction

"Well informed people produce confident results."

Every guest receives a structured welcome – so they feel at home, confident, and ready from day one.

Workers settling into the communal lounge

Arriving in a new country, a new city, and a new workplace is a lot to take in. Our site induction is a structured process that introduces every guest to their new environment, their role at the complex, and its culture – with the goal of making them feel welcome, confident, and well informed from the start.

This isn't a quick walkthrough. It's a formal onboarding process that covers everything a new resident needs to know – and it's documented, which is part of what keeps us RSE audit compliant year after year.

What the Induction Covers

1

Welcome & Orientation

Introduction to the site – layout, facilities, common areas, and where to find what they need.

2

Rules & Expectations

Clear explanation of how the complex operates – shared spaces, noise, guests, and day-to-day expectations.

3

Safety Information

Emergency procedures, fire exits, first aid, and who to contact if something goes wrong.

4

Culture & Community

An introduction to the culture of the complex – how residents look out for each other and what's expected from everyone.

5

Sign-In & Documentation

Formal sign-in process. Everything is documented – a requirement for RSE MBIE audit compliance.

"A structured process introducing the guest to their new environment, their role at the complex, and its culture, aiming for them to feel welcome, confident and well informed."
